cascade Training Model

The Locally Managed Cascade Training Model involves TAIP building the capacity of one partner who in turn builds the capacity of other 3 to 8 proximity churches. So far all the 16 initially trained churches have been able to raise up at least 4 other partners, thus fast replication of impact in at least 64 churches. The model motivates the churches as a result of getting involved in the training of others. The process of training itself enhances their skills and this promotes sustainability. This partly explains their continuity up to now. Read on.
